Casual City Drive Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the game stores locally and what Google may process when advertising and consent services are available.
Effective date · 27 August 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Casual City Drive (package com.aiinnovations.citydrive), an offline single-player 3D city-driving and taxi game operated under the developer name Veriscribe.
By installing or using the game, you acknowledge the data practices described here. The game does not require an account, sign-in, subscription or payment.
2. Information Stored by the Game
Casual City Drive stores gameplay preferences locally on your device using Unity PlayerPrefs. These preferences can include your selected car and tuning, control and minimap settings.
This local data is not an online account, is not synced to a developer server and is not used to identify you. The game does not request precise GPS location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone or biometric permissions.
3. Advertising and Consent Data
The game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show an interstitial advertisement at natural mission-complete boundaries. It also uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent where required and to provide privacy choices.
Depending on your device, region, settings and applicable law, Google and its advertising partners may process device and app information, advertising or device identifiers, IP address and network information that may be used to estimate approximate location, ad views and interactions, diagnostics, fraud-prevention and performance information, and your consent choices. Not every category is processed on every device or in every country.
The game does not request your precise location. Approximate location may be inferred by Google from network information under Google's own terms. Ads are requested only when the consent state permits them. When Google requires it, you can revisit your choices through the in-game PRIVACY OPTIONS control.
4. How Information Is Used
Local preferences are used to remember your gameplay choices. Google and its advertising partners may use the information they process to deliver and measure ads, manage consent and privacy settings, prevent fraud, maintain SDK operation, diagnose problems and improve performance.
Casual City Drive does not sell an in-game player profile or account data. Google processes advertising data under its own policies and legal terms.
5. Sharing and Third Parties
The game integrates Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. Information handled by those services may be shared with Google and participating advertising partners as described in Google's documentation and according to your consent choices where applicable.
The current game build has Unity Analytics and Unity Cloud Diagnostics or Crash Reporting disabled. Google Play may separately provide aggregate install, stability and store-performance statistics under Google's platform terms. These platform metrics do not create a player account in the game.
6. Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay preferences may remain until you clear the game's app data or uninstall it. Clearing app data or uninstalling generally removes these preferences, subject to your operating system's backup and restore behavior.
There is no developer account database or cloud save from which you need to request account deletion. Google controls retention and deletion for information processed by its advertising services; use Google's privacy controls or contact Google for requests relating to that data.
7. Children's Privacy
Casual City Drive is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The current intended audience groups are ages 13-15, 16-17 and 18+.
If the game's audience, advertising setup or applicable legal requirements change, this policy and the relevant consent controls will be reviewed before release.
8. Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled through the game. Third-party SDKs may use encrypted transmission where supported. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. International Processing
Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to applicable law and Google's safeguards.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the game, its SDKs or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
